Returns & Exchanges
At LACES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Apply the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.
Drop Off the Shipment
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Be sure to keep your drop-off receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
